Shipping Policies


We are committed to providing you with the lowest shipping cost available. We ship to all addresses that are considered domestic by the United Stats Postal Service (including Hawaii, Alaska and APO). We offer free shipping for orders over $70 for new account holders on the first order. This option is only $3.99 ($5.99 HI, AK) thereafter.

Without an account, the flat rate is only $5.99 per order for shipments to the contiguous U.S. addresses ($7.99 to Alaska and Hawaii).

We make every effort to ensure that you will get your order as soon as possible. Many items ship from stock in one day, and out-of-stock items ship as soon as they are available (which is usually within three to ten business days. Please see below for details.)

We use either USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) to ship your order, and will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking/delivery confirmation number when your order is shipped. (This cannot be pre-determined, so please provide a shipping address that can receive UPS and USPS shipments.)

US West Coast deliveries, shipped via USPS, often take just a few days and many US East Coast orders take around 6 business days from the date of shipment. However, USPS delivery can take as long as 30 days from the date of shipment, regardless of destination, due to internal USPS factors which are beyond our control.

Shipping Options for Out-of-Stock Items

To ensure that you get the freshest, peak-potency product possible, we have the most popular products in stock and the rest are ready to ship within 4 days (rarely longer), but can sometimes be up to 10 business days. During the checkout you will be able to specify your instructions on how we should handle the situation when an item or items are out of stock with the manufacturer and us at the same time. Your options are:

1) SHIP TOGETHER:

All the items (if there are more then one) that do not become available in 10 business days are shipped later in one combined shipment. This is a cost-saving option, but it can lead to significant shipping delays if manufacturer is out of stock.

2) SHIP AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE:

The items that do not become available in 10 business days are shipped separately as they become available. There is an additional $2 handling fee per each additional shipment.

3) CANCEL BACK ORDERED ITEMS AUTOMATICALLY:

Only items available within 10 business days are shipped and the remaining back-ordered items are canceled.
