Phospholipids

Phospholipids (phosphatides), such as Phosphatidyl Choline or Phosphatidyl Serine are fat derivatives that are major building blocks of cell membranes and the nervous system. Phosphatidyl Choline is the major delivery form of the essential nutrient choline. Lecithin is a naturally occurring combination of Phosphatidyl Choline, Phosphatidyl Inositol and other phospholipids.
