We do not accept orders via telephone or fax. It is located in the upper right of your screen. For more information about a product, click on the "details" link under the image of the product that you are interested in to view the manufacturer's description and the ingredients. If you found an interesting product and want to expand your search and see other products that are similar you can click on the "Found in:" category link(s) that are located on the top left of the screen. For details about how to find products on our website, please see Using Search Place Items in your Shopping CartTo place a product in your shopping cart, click on the "Add to Cart" button of the products that you are interested in. Check OutWhen you are ready to check out your order, click on the "Checkout" button in the top left corner (it will appear once you've added something to your cart). At this point you will be able to adjust quantities and check out your order by following the on-screen instructions. You will have the opportunity to create an account during the order process, which will allow you to view your order history and store your shipping address for quick reorder. Your order is not submitted until you click on the "Submit" button at the very end, so it is safe to experiment. If you get stuck somewhere, please send us an email and we will be happy to help. If you have placed an order and you have not received an order confirmation email after an hour, please contact us via the email address on our "contact us" page. Receive Shipping Confirmation/InvoiceYou will receive a shipping confirmation email when we have shipped your order with a tracking or delivery confirmation number, so that you can track the status of your package. This shipping confirmation/invoice email will contain a list of items included in the shipment and the total amount charged to your credit card. It will also list any items that have been backordered, to be shipped at a later date. Those items will not be charged to your card until they are shipped to you.
