Small Planet offers a 30-day quality guarantee against manufacturing defects on all products. Please contact us via email for a return authorization number and return it within 30 days for a merchanise credit (excluding our actual shipping cost and handling, and restocking charge, if applicable). Only one opened package of any defective product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. You are covered by this money back guarantee for a full 30 days from your date of purchase. Guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects. Guarantee does not apply to any product information, pricing, or typographical errors that may be on the website. Information on the website should not be used as a substitute for product label information.

Return Procedure

If you need to return a defective product, please email us for a return authorization number (RA#). Then place the product in its original package, with the RA# on the outside, and return it to the address on our "contact us" page.

Returned Packages Policy

Guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects. Guarantee does not apply to any product information errors or omissions that may be on the website. Any undeliverable packages returned to us will receive a credit minus the actual shipping charge, and a 15% restocking charge. Any refused packages, and other returns without a return authorization will not receive credit.

Cancellation

An order cannot be canceled once it has entered the shipping process.
